The Team You Didn’t Know You Needed

Meet the motley crew!

Get to know the faces of MGS, professional, personable, and only slightly chaotic.

Michael Sirak

Owner, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines Property Casualty Producer
The Boss. Mike’s been in insurance since the early ’90s, quietly “handling business” and knocking off the competition one contract at a time. He does things old school — no voicemail, no middlemen, no funny business. You talk to him directly. He knows how to “clip,” “whack,” and “pop” insurance contracts with precision, and he runs the operation with “calm” authority. At home, he manages a crew of fully grown boys who still require supervision and commentary. When he needs a break from the chaos — and the rare quiet moment at home disappears as quickly as it arrived — he heads to the golf course, his version of witness protection, for a little guaranteed peace and quiet. Strategic, calculated, and always ten steps ahead, The Don keeps the family protected.

Michael Murphy

Commercial Lines, Personal Lines Property Casualty Producer
The Man of Many Names. MJM Fresh, mmwaves, Jerome, DC (for Diet Coke). Murph has worn more hats than most — from veterinarian to cabinet installer to even a stint as a freelance golf tutor — before landing in insurance. Today he brings his self-proclaimed “street knowledge,” strong client connections, and boss-level loyalty to everyone he works with (with a steady supply of Diet Coke close by). When he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find him golfing year-round — portable heater and all — surfing, or confidently claiming he’d win the MGS cooking contest with Italian Rainbow Cookies, though no one has actually confirmed they exist.

Stephanie DeLillo

Personal Lines Property Casualty Producer; Life, Health, Disability Insurance and Annuities Expert
Chief Cat Wrangler. Steph comes from the rough-and-tumble world of high finance, where she developed the hard-nosed work ethic she now brings to Health Care, Life Insurance, and Personal Lines. She’s rolled an impressive 264 in bowling (despite claiming she’s “not very good”), can likely be lured anywhere with a slice of pizza, and maintains a mysterious collection of pens for reasons unknown. When she’s not guiding clients through coverage options, she’s fostering cats and running her own small feline empire. She doesn’t like bugs, does like pugs, and sings show tunes — whether we like it or not.

Bryene Shutt

Creative Marketing Director
The Pocket Firecracker. Is there anything tougher than a wrestling mom? Unlikely. When she isn’t hiking she can be found screaming mat-side with the intensity of a pay-per-view announcer and the stamina of someone who absolutely will not “calm down.” As our Creative Marketing Manager, she handles press releases (should we ever do something newsworthy), rescues our half-baked ideas, and somehow makes us look competent — which, frankly, is heroic. We love having Bree on the team. It’s just a shame we can’t always see her… but that half wall at her desk didn’t build itself.

Lexi Dise

Personal Lines Account Manager
The Shadow. Brains, quick wit, fearless, and just mysterious enough to make you wonder what she knows that you don’t — Lexi operates like something straight out of a film noir. She goes toe to toe with the biggest problems and walks away with solutions, barely breaking a sweat. What’s her background? Nobody’s sure. What’s she thinking? No one’s brave enough to ask. In her spare time, she collects rare globes — not maps, not postcards… globes — because apparently owning the whole world in miniature is a hobby now. She can also be found at drive-in movies, appreciating the birds, and quietly calculating her next move. Frankly… she scares me a little. And I’m perfectly fine not knowing why.

Chris Cranos

Personal Lines Account Manager
Tinkerbell with an Attitude. Chris is a colorful one full of surprises. Her biggest trick? Making her clients’ wishes come true when it comes to coverage — no wand required. A certified Wisegal who goes in heavy for sweet treats, she balances fairy dust with fierce loyalty. When she’s not working her magic at the office, she’s dreaming of her next cruise or planning her next Disney adventure — because why live in reality when you can schedule it around castles, characters, and ocean views? Sweet, savvy, and just a little spicy, Chris makes sure everyone leaves happily ever after (and properly insured).

Toni Raser

Personal and Commercial lines Account Manager
The Broad Street Closer. Every organization needs someone who just gets it done. The tough jobs, the messy jobs, the ones everyone else suddenly forgets how to do. That’s Toni. She bleeds Phillies red and Eagles green, basically Christmas, but with a Philadelphia attitude which is also a pretty accurate description of Toni. It’s always the quiet ones you have to watch. She broke out of high school and straight into the old-school insurance scene, mastering the craft back when “trigger work” meant a typewriter and zero margin for error. When she’s not putting in time at the office, she’s with her son and her dogs, both guaranteed to make her smile, even when the Phillies and Eagles don’t. I have a strong suspicion she’s trained the dogs to boo on command.

Nate Kutz

Personal Lines Account Manager
The Burger & Benefits Specialist. Nate brings a laid-back vibe, dependable guidance, and the kind of energy that makes insurance feel a little less… insurance-y. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, he focuses on helping clients find the right coverage while keeping the process simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. Outside the office, Nate can usually be found leveling up in video games, catching dubstep shows, relaxing by the pool, or standing firmly behind his belief that a good cheeseburger can solve almost anything. Whether he’s helping protect what matters most or recommending the next must-visit food spot, Nate’s always happy to help.
